Food for the brain

The brain requires 50% of all energy demand or energy in the body. Lack of nutrition of the brain, such as multivitamins, minerals and amino acids affect the maximum power of the brain.

The brain is an organ vital to humans. Various potentials and capabilities are controlled from the brain. Various attempts were made to optimize brain function, especially in children. Three principles to optimize brain function is nutrition, stimulation and emotional. 

Here are some nutrients that are very well taken to maintain and optimize brain function : 

Yolk
